City come into this seasons Champions League as favourites to win the competition. They kickoff their campaign against French side Lyon at the Etihad, hoping to start with a win.
The Premier League champions will however, be without Pep Guardiola who is serving a touchline ban at the Etihad Stadium after his sending off in last season's quarter-final against Liverpool. Mikel Arteta, will be in charge of the team on Wednesday night as Guardiola will not be allowed any contact with the players inside the stadium.

Young Boys vs Manchester United
United travel to Switzerland for their first game of this seasons Champions League, to play Swiss champions Young Boys of Bern. Young Boys upset the odds to win the Swiss league, beating Basel to the title.
This will be the first ever meeting between BSC Young Boys and Manchester United in any competition, and Young Boys' first European Cup/Champions League campaign since 1986-87.
Summer signing Diogo Dalot has travelled with United's squad. The teenager is yet to make a first-team appearance for the club since arriving from Porto in June.
