Premier League- Matchweek 4- West Ham vs Wolves Review

West Ham's miserable start to the season continued as substitute winger Adama Traore gave Wolves victory with an injury-time winner at London Stadium.
Traore fired home in the 93rd minute just as it looked as though the hosts would earn their first point of the campaign at London Stadium.

The result gives Wolves their first top-flight win since 4thFebruary 2012 and means that West Ham have lost all four league games under new gaffer Manuel Pellegrini.

Michail Antonio and Marko Arnautovic squandered the Hammers' best chances.
The start was bright for the London side and West Ham had one of their best openings after just four minutes, when Felipe Anderson's shot forced Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patricio into action.

But neither side asserted themselves in a reasonably dull first half, with Matt Doherty's shot on target providing the only worrying moment for West Ham keeper Lukasz Fabianski.
Patricio denied both Antonio and Arnautovic with some excellent blocks after the half-time break, Arnautovic saw his chance stopped by the Portuguese keeper’s face, as West Ham improved distinctly.

Raul Jimenez tripped over the ball when free inside the area late on with what looked to be the visitors' last chance, until Traore's put Wolves one goal up in the last minute of the game, with virtually the last kick.

It should be too early in the season for Pellegrini to worry about his future, but Gold and Sullivan will certainly be questioning their hefty summer spending and hiring of a proven, top level manager.
